  • Q. Is mobile number & email address mandatory?

    Yes, mobile number & email address is mandatory. All program communication will be sent to the registered mobile number and email id. BATA voucher will be sent on registered e-mail id and mobile number.

  • Do I have to give my current residence address or permanent address?

    Kindly provide address where you want your goodies to be dispatched. Change of address request will not be entertained.

  • Where can i find the Service tag?

    Service tag has to be 7 digit alpha numeric numbers located on the CPU/Notebook backside.

  • What if the Service Tag is not valid?

    If the service tag registered is not valid, claim will be rejected. Click here to view

  • What if ST is already registered by other customer?

    If while registering the Service Tag registered is showing as already registered, you can still complete your registration still. CSR team at the backend will validate claims and if they feel the case is genuine it will be sent for DELL approval. Post approval customer can make payment and get the goodies.

  • What if model number is not in the list of the drop down?

    All valid model number are part of the drop down, please recheck the same.

  • What if partner name is not in the list?

    If dealer name is not appearing in the drop down , please select others as option and write the dealer name from where the product was purchased.

  • Calendar does not show date previous to 7 days of claim date

    As per the program T& C , customer has to register his claim within 7 days of purchase. Therefore the calendar is showing 7 days period for registration. Please write in to help@dellbacktoschooloffer.com for any query.

  • What if I upload the wrong invoice by mistake?

    If wrong invoice is uploaded the claim will get rejected. Customer has to re register for the same claim. A customer can register only twice in the program.

  • What if I don’t have the invoice?

    In case there’s NO or wrong invoice uploaded, claim will be rejected.

  • When does my registration get valid?

    Once you submit the claim with all details and invoice copy, claim will be validated at the backend. Post successful validation payment link will be sent to you instantly. If claim is rejected intimation will be sent to registered mobile number along with the reason of rejection. TAT for claim to be validated is 72working hours.

  • By when can we make payments?

    Post successful validation, you will get a link to make payment as SMS & Email. Link will be active for 7 Calendar days. Post which link will get deactivated and claim will be rejected. In case customer deletes his message by mistake, payment can be done by login on the status page; there will be an active link to payment gateway against approved registration.

  • How will I get to know about the status of my payment? What happens if payment gets rejected?

    You will get message from the payment gateway on every successful or rejected transaction. In case payment is rejected, you can retry using some other mode of payment. Without successful payment, goodies will not be dispatched.

  • Can I check the status of my claim and Goodies?

    Yes, you can check real time update of your claim by login on the status page using registration reference number generated at the time of registration. The reference number will be key identifier for all program related queries/issues.

  • How will I get my BATA voucher?

    The only machine in the BTS campaign that does not have a DVD drive is Product Type: Desktop and Model Name: Inspiron 20 3000 series - 3043. For this, we ship the content in a USB drive .

  • My machine has a DVD drive but I prefer the USB Drive. Is that possible?

    No, that’s not an option. We ship USB drive only for Inspiron 20 3000 series - 3043 . For all other machines we ship a DVD.

  • My child is not yet in 1st standard. What are my options?

    You can order the Nursery Rhymes DVD. Or you can order Class 1 and get a head start.

  • I don’t have children. Do you have any DVDs that can help me?

    If you are new to the world of computers, we have a DVD called "Know your computer" that can help you get started. Or you can always gift a DVD to a friend.

  • I study in a state board. And I don’t see it listed in the drop down. What are my options?

    We cover only these state boards: Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu. We don’t cover any of the other state boards. But CBSE is a good option. Because the chances are that 80% of your state syllabus is common to CBSE.

    The DVD is valid for 18 months from the date of registration.

    No, the DVD can be used on only one machine.

  • How does the registration of the DVD work?

    If you have an internet connection, you can do the registration in a few simple steps by yourself. There is a CD key on the box. You need to enter it to register and activate the product. If you don’t have internet connection – you can use SMS registration to register the DVD. The third option is to take the help of Edurite technical team. You need to enter the CD key and get the Machine ID and Version and work with the Technical team to get registered. Please note that you need the internet connection only to register the DVD, not to use it.
